FACTS: Xu paid Zale around 1/2million for Zalemark being in the filings. FACT: Zalemarks LOI announcement is still on Aeropons websites being the first page. FACT:Kim owns a good bit of stock so why would he ruin any plan to hurt this company? FACT: ZMRK has been working to get current with all the filings.
