Fscjett, really curious where you are getting your facts regarding what Xu paid? Care to disclose your fact source? Observation, if in fact Xu paid 1/2 a million for the shell then why in the world would he not have spent 10% to clear this suit up ESPECIALLY if you have a letter of intent to merge with a company who purchased 160 acres WITH CANNABIS ZONING and a forecast of a 90 million dollars net profit?
FACT: If I spent 500k to buy a shell and I have a letter of intent to sign with a company who purchased 160 acres of cannabis zoned land and a forecast of a net profit of 90 million in five years, I would spend another 10% to clear the path for this to go thru.
Fact: 50k (even if I had to pay a million) for a net profit in five years of 90 million, DONE IN A HEART BEAT and WHERE DO I SIGN
Again, my observations......it just doesn't add up if your facts are truly correct. Just an observation...
