Whoever said there was no dilution did not have his/her facts straight. There has always been dilution, but minimal. There was a stretch there for a couple of months where the OS remained the same early in the year. And it was obvious NSI was no longer part of the company when there were three PR's in a row where it was not mentioned in the "about the company" section...
