As you alluded to in your email inquiry, it is a correct assessment that as our company continues to build brand awareness and increase revenues substantially, cash will be available to service some of our existing debt as we procede with the fulfillment of several purchase orders presently underway. As to your question concerning our intent to perform a reverse: In light of the most recent revenue-generating developments, there may be some modifications to our original plan that could be more palatable to our shareholder base. We do not anticipate that shareholders will be disappointed.

Any future change in corporate direction will be disseminated through the proper channels.
