I currently am not getting EPA/AA levels checked, but will ask before next labs in about 3 months.

I think this is important to know. imo I am impressed in the reduction from 12:1 to 2:1 over a couple months.

Starting in January / February I will probably reduce my V dosage to whatever keeps me between 1:1 and 2:1 for AA:EPA ratio.

My gut feeling is this is 12g/week for me personally, taking into account my body and diet.
