I'm sure they're saving that for court. Just read today that American Airlines is keeping their Boeing jets grounded. They will be suing BA for loss of revenues.

jp7204: very interesting points you're bring out. However it might be that it would boomerang on BA if they accused the victims of being the guilty ones. It's getting complicated. I feel BA is taking it's lumps - will ride it out - and survive (even flourish) down the road. They have a past history of such. Time will tell. In the meantime, I'm out and will wait to get back in. Incidentally, The military seems to love BA
