I know APL will be putting a lot of pressure on ZMRK to complete this quickly, nor would they want to enter into a RM with a legal pending matter. I Still do believe the RM happens. For APL to have to start all over with another shell will take time and ZMRK just has to deal with this and can move on. I just hope this can be settled quickly.
