My motive was to find out what I could. If it was good news, I would have bought back in and then shared the good news...I’m still out.

I'm still holding though is because I am still very much in the green. New Guy at moment isn't really being negative though, more just stating an accurate picture of what I would expect to hear on the phone. I still hold also because I see this being resolved and we are only in October and lots of trading season still ahead. For APL to back out now would set them further back from becoming public as quick as possible unless this issue is larger then we know. $ZMRK
