Thompson waits until after developments to PR them

Thompson is not going to PR anything about Polartec or any other customers until he has shipped them some of our GMO silk. I don't fully understand why, but he won't put out anything about partnerships, sample products, etc.

This means we are going to have to wait until late December for any PR's about or products. Thompson may PR about silkworm eggs hatching, when the first cocoons are spun, etc. But these PR's leave more questions than answered. What kind of eggs were they? DS, DS2, MS? How many cocoons did we manage to get in the first harvest. Thompson will not PR those sorts of developments.

So we have inconsequential PR's about production and dead silence on sales and partnerships until late December.

As I've mentioned several times recently, the wildcard is financing. Hope correctly pointed out a few days ago that I was overlooking a possibility for an insider BoD appointment. If a company purchases 10% or more of our shares, they can arrange for an insider BoD representative. A smaller investment won't qualify under SEC rules as an 'insider.'

There are two ways an investor could acquire 10%, though I'm not certain both are possible. One is for Thompson to issue 83 million new shares and sell direct to the investor. (This may not be legal. Not sure.) The other is for the investor to purchase shares on the open market.

I'm pretty sure that if someone started buying up 83 million shares of KBLB, the share price would rise considerably. But the problem here is that KBLB doesn't realize any income from that share price increase. It would help in uplisting our stock if someone bought 83 million shares, but do nothing to fix KBLB's balance sheet.

An investor must file a form with the SEC if they intend to purchase 10% or more of the shares of a stock. I'm guessing we would find out about the purchase through that mechanism, if not by the rise in share price itself.

In any case, the wild card is still financing and that may happen at any moment. Other news will probably not 'pop' until New Years is nigh.

You need to learn to speak "kim".
We are a little over a month away from the date kim HOPES to be uplisted.
But if he actually knew what it would take the RS wouldnt be open till next july and it wouldnt have a variable amount.

It could me in a month. But the RS that would be required to do that will take a month or two alone.
If kim isnt in the actual process(not just applying) by next monday there wont be an uplist in november.

How long does it usually take to list on theNASDAQ? It generally takes 4-6 weeks to processa listing application. This time frame is variable and may be shortened considerably, if the application raises no issues and the company responds to staff comments.
