VTSI-the stock is not alone in its struggles. Many small caps are being hammered down to decade-low valuations. That said, it would sure be nice if our CEO had a bit more cheerleader in him as that too is part of leadership. And then there are our lets-sit-on-our-wallet directors who seem not to care a lick about either the company or its shareholders.
I do wonder who the seller is on a day like today. At least I know one of the buyers (me)!
