Oh... that is very good news. It appears the path has been cleared- Either he was paid off or cut into something bigger that is (fingers crossed) about to happen in 2 weeks.

Looks like he made a deal. The whole lawsuit was probably to get some leverage.

Hopefully now they can move forward.
