Thanx for the explanation, except perhaps VRUS could become profitable with the right acquisition, and then subsequently a share buyback. The curtain has not been pulled back for us to see what is brewing. I don't believe there would be a RS until VRUS is preparing to uplist. Even then, it should help and not hurt the shareholders. This has been hashed over upteen hundred times.
