The “first” filings is very different from saying “all” the filings.

Seriously, I have no doubt in my mind whatsoever that APL is 1000% real...I made a post saying that earlier and it was instantly deleted...I truly believe they are right around the corner from having the license and blowing through the roof, which honestly concerns me even more....how long are they really going to wait for this to be resolved?

The can keeps getting kicked down the road, the US is in no hurry to help the richest men in China.

If it was resolved already, they would not have amended those filings that came out end of September...to say they won’t move forward until it is resolved.

Business is business, and this is throwing a monkey wrench in the beautifully oiled machine that had such promise and potential.

And not to try and sound like a whatever or call you out, you have provided some great information and connected a great many of dots for quite some time here and it was amazing info. Really it was....but when those filings were amended the first time or two, u said that nothing significant was changed and it was very small corrections that the lawyers wanted to have or something like that......that clearly wasn’t the case....everyone has their own motives here....I held at 6s even knowing a correction was going to come before pink hit...that is how confident I was in this play....but once I saw those court docs I sold....I am not putting a penny into this until that is resolved, I will happily chase and pay twice the share price I sold out at if need be when the time comes....but people deserve to know the truth and true gravity of the situation at hand right now. And unfortunately this is it.
