My opinion is that they will wait a while until this gets resolved. For some rezdon i feel that the relationship between xu and apl's upper mngt is deeper than business. They may have known eachother a while back and they decided to go public through xus help because of their relstionship. I mean do we honestly think APL/tenkey would choose Xu's compsny if they hadnt known eachother? They could easily go with any other vehicles.

My point was, they had the filings ready to go in June. Why wait until September to put them out unless they were waiting on something specific.
