re: "Calls are being made made to keep a lid on this for sure. Hell....wars are waged for far less than even 1/3 of the sum of our future revenue should we continue with trial success."

I'm afraid that the response will be more than a few broken kneecaps....this much $$ entailed here may cause our treasure to be elegantly stolen somehow using the power that people and organizations with unfettered power can muster and put into action.

The big problem is the crony capitalism of big-government Insurance companies:

One of the worst aspect of the disgraceful history of the woefully misnamed Affordable Care Act - aka Obamacare - is the zealous backing of this monstrosity by huge insurance companies. Not small insurance companies. Few of these small companies still exist, they’ve been murdered by big-government medicine programs.

Small insurance companies can’t afford all the crushing costs of big-government medicine - so they die - which is good for huge insurance companies - less competition for them.

Also good for big-government Insurance is a law, called Obamacare, mandating everyone in the nation purchase their products.

And big-government Insurance knew this bogus law was awful and would make their products MUCH more expensive, which has been Bad news for We the People and great news for them.

On average, Obamacare has doubled premiums and tripled deductibles for those subjected to its insanity.

It gets better for big-government Insurance. Government hands them huge ongoing boat-loads of cash to the tune of about $1 trillion in premium subsidies.

And from where does this windfall come – just add it to the already outrageous national debt – simple - easy.

The leaky Big-government Obamacare medicine boat is sinking folks. Let’er sink. Maybe companies like Anavex can lead us into a new day in which medicine in for the people.

Tred - You're absolutely right !

Rambus was a textbook case of the power, corruption and influence that can be brought to bear by colluding industry giants to crush a fledgling tech company with very disruptive technology. Beyond subversive business practices, judicial and political influence were heavily employed. And yes, many years later, found in discovery was a meeting ( attended by many of the colluding giants ) agenda header " What to do about Rambus " with a list of 8-10 suggestions for discussion.

So, as many here have previously stated, I feel having an 800lb. gorilla in our corner as a partner that can fight the battles for us is critical ( Merck for AD and PDD in the US comes to mind ). On Friday, TGD confirmed his plan to partner for AD and PDD, so hopefully those license agreements ( with the typical conditions and benchmarks ) are coming down the home stretch and will be ready to announce either upon our first positive trial results or approval ( most likely in Australia ).

As Polarbear ( BTW - he/she has been hitting it out of the park this weekend ) pointed out, it would be almost inconceivable for the BP's not to be keenly aware of the Anavex science and trials. And, as more of the iceberg is revealed, we should not underestimate the desperate measures to be used and lengths to which these companies will go in order to save their businesses, and crush ours.

My thanks to the many wonderful members of this MB. If things turn out the way we hope this stock could be like investing in Microsoft in 1986.
