sharinky, I agree, especially since the judge allowed the RI patents into the case. Reading the email chains, the defendants although repeatedly asked by AMRN, do not make clear what information from sNDA they want. For it's part, AMRN doesn't seem to be in a rush either. I am sure the defendants would love to get a look at AMRN's confidential disclosures to the FDA. Unless you get a partial Summary Judgment, this probably goes into 2020..
