Do you (or anyone) know what the difference is (besides location) between the 21 patient and 33 patient Rett trials? The only difference I see is the 33 patient (Avatar) trial will have 3 PK assessments at 3 weeks vs 6 PK assessments at 7 weeks.
Was this shorten PK period done to have both trials completed closer together in order to present data to FDA for BTD approval?
TGD did come across as extremely confident about MOA and results and his confidence oozed of “it works”!!! Let’s hope his 2019/2020 expectations are real. The next readout will be the start of big money pouring in.
