IMO, the WM Capital Trust is a method of protecting the cooperate institution by placing the Banks lease contracts of property owned by the parent WMI into a Capital Trust.
WMB is leasing the space from WMI. Now JPM is paying the lease payments to WMI.
Legally that maybe true but when there are billions of dollars involved and no disclosure, there is plenty of room for corruption. Its not like the whole take down of WMB was exactly legal..We are dealing with JPM.
