this PR was submitted but never fruitioned on PR.com this PR was never factuated to date and is speculative at most because it was never put out via an official PR and validated in a filing how ever an 8-K to my knowledge is applicable and grounds for inquiring to rosenburg as he is an affiliate entity of omni and should have an idea of this being factual or not
its my belief he wasn't a long term person hre anyway he likely was a transition CEO to pending information that is likely to include DRCBD,RELIEVEMD etc i believe he was instrumental in likely bringing these products to this stage but had no intent on managing the operations and he owned malecon so this likely just reverts his role to a shareholder like i suspected but we will see.
