ACRL selling shares and buying back at the same time or shortly after; doesn't make sense. Also buying back at these prices might not make sense either. If they do a reverse split at 100 for 1 that would give them a share price over $1 which could take them to NASDAQ.
If there is a substantial amount of shares held by note holders and they have been paid, then that would free up the outstanding shares which will need to be reduced below 50% of the Authorized shares.
