There was a Zero chance that a Florida resident was going to get a retail cannabis license in California... Dwyer knew that, it was all bullshit just like everything that comes out of Ol' Con Man Dwyers mouth. I doubt he even applied for a license. Gcgx is just another pink sheet scam by Dwyer and his crew.
Well, according to the interview, GCGX dose not need a licenses because they are mearly leasing out equipment and space to companies (two mentioned) that already have the licenses and product.
Hence the "Mall" in which GCGX gets royalties from each sale.
