Ron, so you do not believe there will not be time period once a Motion For Final Decree is filed for any Objectors.

It is required by law any motion can have objectors.

Look at the Lehman Brothers Chapter 11 Motion For Final Decree.
There was a 15 day objection period. So IMO, I hope to see Rosen file this soon to complete before end of month.

It does not mean there will be any Objectors but AG is the most likely one to file if her appeal has not been decided by than.
