If JnJ is going to prevail it will be in the next 15 days IMO. The judges could choose not to rule which is the only was DECN loses. After 15 days the pendulum swings very hard in DECN's direction and every day that goes by the sound of ching ching gets louder. We will have to see now that it is also clear that Mr. Berman is not going to be replaced by our Hope.
