Believe it or not, I have found women to be more stern and steadfast as professionals in the industry.

When I was trading both my firms superiors were female. And I dealt with and traded contra with quite a few, and they did not back down. I tip my hat to them.

I had two T/As that were managed / owned by females and they were very steadfast on legal, not as squishy as some males.
