3am is code for non-public hearing, will happen in judges chambers, I have a guy who will be there to get results as soon as Atty Peter Chasey gets out of Judges office, we anticipate this meeting will occur between 9am-noon on the 4th... This guy has been to these hearings before and knows Peter Chasey...
