If I think it is what the entity is rolling into this ticker, REIT Trust Fund. The only two I can think of is leasing out industrial and retail spaces to the cannabis growers or retail store fronts, if they went after industrial land is a lot cheaper to acquire than it is if they went with retail store fronts, the other revenue stream I could think of is financing their operations cause banks don't lend out money to these kind of operations. Sometimes also when they lock in the lease if its in favorable terms for the lessee (who rents the property) the landlord in this case Douglas Disanti would want some percentage from the gross sales, but usually that would be hard to gauge cause it mostly cash transaction, so I think in order for him not to deal with the cannabis, that way there is no risk involved if the Federal Government starts to meddle with these type of operations. I think the only two is lease the hard assets and funding for expansion with a hefty interest rate would be the most appropriate path going forward.

Here this is the part about banks not loaning money for the cannabis growers to scale out, this is where II*PR comes into the picture and hopefully Douglas Disanti
