Winters reassured shareholders all the time that he had no plans to reverse his stock. So...take penny stock CEOs words with a grain of salt. You should know that.

The CEO speaking to a shareholder in a private conversation for 20 minutes is inappropriate at best and securities fraud at the worst.

A CEO should never under any circumstance "reassure" a shareholder with privileged information.

This would never happen with a real public company.
