REALLY. That is quite a statement. I don't recall this at all. Since you post this as fact, please provide the evidence to support this statement.

Roger published a financial statement for ILK at the time of acquisition. It showed a company losing money, insolvent, negative assets, and not able to pay it's bills. The net Worth of the company was aNEGATIVE $29,147.....he took 350M shares to turn that debt over to the shareholders.

Roger started this as a scam. Snakes deserves much better than Roger.
