Excuse me. I don’t like being accused of false information. In 2018 they issued a pr officially announcing the purchase of ECMH by a property developer. Later in Nov 2018 they registered under Iowa SOS under Daniel Pettit, the owner of Terrastone Properties. The description of the company the new CEO has put out is also almost word for word the same as the original description listed in otc markets. If you don’t like it, don’t buy it. I have been watching it, and have done quite a lot of research on it.
