The Cedar Case which has been resurrected..

Didn't the AQS case get resurrected, after they had a judgment/settlement, which Yazbeck didn't pay.

I could be wrong, keeping up with all of YAZBECK'S/MYDX/CDX lawsuits is very difficult.

Has Yazbeck paid the Dewald attorney fees yet?
