Nothing negative has been constructively produced that counters the use of Anavex 2-73 as a medicine that produces disease modifying benefits in Alzheimer’s , Parkinson’s Dimentia, or Rett Syndrome Diseases.

The missing piece of information is what dose and dosing scheme and/or other factors are required to achieve a >= 4ng/nL A2-73 blood concentration.

We know that the first 4 weeks of the original 12 week Rett study design is for Dose Titration. We don't how many patients reach >= 4ng/nL A2-73 blood concentration or if it is still considered important.
