For one thing, running a public company sucks, but that's not the point. Your question is just dodging the real question. If Nanosys is making any money (or even if not), and if QMC is right in their claims (as you repeat them), QMC can make more money and without giving up any other opportunities. Business 101 - build a better mousetrap: better products, lower cost, less capex. If that's they case, why no do it? Why dilute the heck out of the shareholders when you could report real commercial sales and send the stock into the stratosphere and make the shareholders rich? The Occam's Razor explanation is that there are no buyers.
