There are different ways to get to Nasdaq. Stock price is not the only thing they look at so I dont think they will do a RS to go up, not Klugs style. Gross sales among other things can get you moved up so keep an eye on fillings over the next few months.

I think they are talking an uplisting to QB not the Naz right now

Depends on where they uplist to. OTCQB would not be crazy, it happens with some regularity for penny sticks. No r/s necessary at all.
