I respect your research and method of coming to certain conclusions.

For Apple Event
They updated us in 2010 10K which was published in March 2011


For Lugee Event
They updated us in 2016 10K which was published in March 2017

Each of those had a 10Q press release before the 10k. This is where a Joint Development Agreement ("JDA") would be needed in order to show up in the 10k.

I am naive enough to believe 1% penetration of 100 billion cell phones/year at $1 per phone will bring us $! billion earnings/year (SOME DAY SOME HOW)

The above quote is basically the beginning premise of a JDA. When I see the above information flow, then yes, I will believe. Until then, I am focused on the residual value of the CE work that is clearly manifesting - perhaps that shows back up in some pressure valves or bone screws..

Some believe in hindsight (which is always 2020)
