IF a truckload of assets appear at some point, what does this say about the BK system?

It says that the BK process works fine. WMI went BK for protection. They had no choice given their "cut off ability" to continue operations as a Hold co of a Bank. Furthermore, the speed at which they were attacked left no option. So as a separate entity with all banking operations gone they had to protect the creditors investors and shareholders interest in the Holding CO.

So I do not understand how this is outside of a BK case form of normal operation.

Actually it would speak well of the BK system by keeping assets NOT INVOLVED IN TE BK of the hands of the debtors or those that had no rights to it.

NOW I am not saying this BK has been run right, but keeping off book safe harbored assets out of the reach of creditors is EXACTLY why people set up safe harbored assets and trusts.

Alsdo folks need to remember IF IF IF one settles for whatever amount in a BK case no matter what one took as consideration for what they were owed, THEY BE DONE POOF GHONDI

If you have ever settled a case you'd know this.

Even in my little case(BIG TO ME) they even had my WIFE SIGN OFF and had my children been of legal age they would have had to as well

But, if the BK working just fine, what would the harm be in identifying the existence of those assets outside of BK if they are legally protected under the law?

If your LAMBO is in the garage, you can see it, unless maybe it’s in storage. If someone broke in and stole it half a decade ago, the trail is getting cold and may never see it again. We do not have ANY such assurance provided by seeing the assets we supposedly have coming back to owners.
