Thanks, Lucky. The SEC has been vigorously cleaning up SEC Registrant stocks that are severely delinquent in filing Financials. With the new proposals it appears the SEC wants to also clean up OTC stocks that are not registered with the SEC and are severely derelict in providing accurate and adequate information to investors.

Members on this DD Support board have advocated for ALL stocks that are not registered with the SEC and do not provide complete and accurate information to be automatically placed on the Grey Market until a company provides verifiable and complete information to investors.

The SEC will be placing the responsibility and accountability on the gate keepers, ie., mainly Broker Dealers/Market Makers to be conscientious and thorough in applying Rule 15c2-11 to FINRA to justify a company being quoted with piggyback quotations from all other Market Makers.
