Strange, I rec'd the following msg from E-Trade this morning:
"Thank you for your inquiry. All accounts by default are designated to the NOBO list. You would have to opt out on an account basis to not be included. I hope that this information has helped."
Ya I talked to 5 different customer service people at Etrade at different hours. Non of them had any clue about a Non Objecting Beneficial Ownership or any kinda list.. Very poor employees. The 3rd one said they don't share our information with the 3rd parties. I figured they don't know much about anything. Calling to the headquarters in NJ on monday to talk to a professional hopefully.
