It is quite obvious they are two different plants. On the link the two plants appearance are different, just the facts.The Cannabis plant has different varieties as shown in the link below.

Actually, they are a subspecies of the Cannabis plant, but are two different plants. Hemp (Cannabis Sativa) and marijuana (Cannabis Indica) are two varieties of the cannabis plant. A publish report.

They do belong to the Cannabis family, but are clearly diffrent.

Do you travel?

If you do - just go visit one of the Good Old Southern States (like Texas).

Take some really high THC (25%) Weed with you and smoke it in front of a Texas Ranger.

When he arrests you for smoking Cannabis - just politely explain to the offer (and judge) that Hemp CBD and Cannabis are the same thing.

Then, when you are sitting in your jail cell - maybe you will realize what we are talking about. CBD and Cannabis are not the same thing.
