How can the SEC who can clearly see all the fraud going in the 3? 4? 5? court cases of mud slinging, let these folks, kiss-make-up and merge and in the process wipe up stuck-holders?

I guess it may be time for us to call in some favors and push the big boys to step in and halt trading on this fraud?
