I'm thinking Lee and Sawyer want to pop open a bottle of champagne when the new ticker goes live and SAEAN starts to publicly trade as Saean EV..

The first domino is about to fall imo.

And I'm sure it wont be long before the rest fall and they are trading as Saean inc on the NASDAQ opening another bottle of Champagne.
