Hmm brother, I respect your info. Seems you have a good regular head on ur shoulders. OTCM shows the filings, uploaded by the company itself. I have no problem with the Authorized share total here, just conflicting numbers on the uploads themselves by the company thru OTC markets. This shows me its copy and pasted, without no care in the world of confrontation.

Also, any stock purchase agreement by the company would be reflected via filings or in the share issuance history on the quarterly. Nothing showed, yet it happened in the quarter they filed for.

Well done. Great info. It will help to bring some common sense to the board.

HDII could break .02 in the next 30 minutes or less. It doesn't make any sense this sell-off. People needs to think before to take decisions.
