Okay so I got information to answer some of your concerns. The OTC website isn't accurate and the following link has all of the accurate information and notice the 155M O/S corresponds with the SOS website. I was told that all info in this filing has been recently confirmed and provided by the TA, therefore the TA would not have listed it if they didn't have the correct documentation(this includes the controlling preferreds). I was also told that Mr. Peng would not have been listed as the controlling person on the SOS without proper documentation, they have strict guidelines.
