Uh...please do this experiment to see if you thesis is correct.

Go out and buy some Hemp and buy some Medical Grade Sativa.

Then: Put some Hemp in a pipe and smoke it.

Then: Put some Medical Grade Sativa in a pipe and smoke it.

If you still think they are the same plant - that is only because the Medical Grade Sativa got you High and you are not thinking straight.

Said another way: How much $$$$$ is a pound of Hemp going for these days?

Is Hemp selling for the SAME PRICE as Cannabis?

If not, then I guess they are different because the price is different.
