Nice!!! Verified Transfer Agent as promised!

Considering the last known OS as of December 31, 2016 was 2.3 billion, the current TA Verified OS of 2.9 billion is much lower than I expected.

In addition to the nice OS surprise, a whopping 40% (1.2 billion) of the OS is RESTRICTED. I was expecting the restricted shares to be about 200 million. I was off (in a good way) by 1 billion. Lol

Remember, this is not your typical custodian play. This is personal.

Shareholder Margaret Willett was screwed over by former CUBV management leading her to file a lawsuit against them in 2017. In June of this year (2019), the Wyoming District Court appointed her custodian of the CUBV shell. Since then, she’s been working to bring CUBV back to Pink Current status.

Now that the Transfer Agent situation is resolved, a lot of questions will be answered.
