dmceng.....the options only go out to 15 dollar strike, when I checked this morning.. that is below the merger price of 18 dollars... my sense is that the MM are looking to buy cheap options to pull the stock away for too little premium... wait until the strike prices get above 18 dollars and the sell put options at the 7.50 strike to about 10 dollar strike if the premiums are good...in this way, you can accumulate premiums and not let your stock be called away too cheap...when I looked this morning, there was no open interest in a any of the options so far..I am banking that there will be soon... also look for options mispricing when they open...The CBOE often does not get them right at first, offering too little or too much...I will let you know when to do the options thing...
