Here's a hint: it's SOLI personnel ACCORDING TO CARECLIX'S OWN WEBSITE.

So, essentially you're claiming that SOLI management is lying directly to FINRA and the SEC about the nature of their purchase, which is clearly and unambigiously the entirety of CareClix's software and trademarks.

Are you suggesting there's another CareClix in existance? How would there be anothe trademark for the identical name in the software category?
