Fair point. Initially Li controlled his flagship company EONTEC, which is integral to the maze, and controls LQMT LF as well, so he could change either side of the agreement between LQMT LF and EONTEC. Now however the Chinese State now controls EONTEC, and Li has drastically reduced his holdings in EONTEC (or perhaps has been paid off against his losses in LQMT LF).

Question: Who is more persuasive and important to Li, the Chinese State as controller and major shareholder of EONTEC, or the LQMT LF retail shareholders of approximately 52%.
