If it stays down here much longer it will no longer be an otcqb stock...if this was an over bloated pig I would agree this is bad...but theres only like 300000000 in the OS...the CEO even owns 20000000 common shares that will also be split...

The AS is unlimited here...if he wanted to just dump shares he could easily authorize more and just dump away...looks like he wants to keep this as an otcqb stock...
