That kind of makes sense about the storm, but why would the machine not take cash but still process credit cards? I would think it would be the other way around. Either way, it's not like people are out running around in the storm so it's not like they are missing out on that much revenue because of that.

Opposite Alvie. Cash is internal and the cc processing needs connectivity. The lights are out on this kiosk and not currently operational for reasons that this franchisee would not be aware of.
