Margaret started her fight with former management in 2017 by filing the lawsuit.
She was appointed custodian of the CUBV shell in early June 2019. Remember, the court order appointing her as custodian confirmed she is a shareholder.
She had the CUBV business entity in Nevada reinstated in early July 2019
She settled accounts with the old transfer agent and moved to a new transfer agent in late July 2019.
She has been working to bring the company current with OTC markets ever since.
In the meantime, new company insiders purchased well over 100 million CUBV shares on the open market (according to the company twitter feed).
In addition, she stated the following in one of her emails to me..
All of the work we are doing and all of the money we are spending is for the benefit of the company shareholders.
Given all of the above, it appears (to me) that her interests and our interests are aligned but we shall see. Time tell the tale.
